NIAH JAYA, the first project involving GSDEVP that is being developed beyond Miri City.  The project consists of 63 units of double storey commercial shophouses and 1 unit of double storey supermarket.  Situated at both sides of Jalan Miri-Bintulu that is reachable within 40 minutes driving distances from Miri and within 40 minutes driving distance from Samalaju, the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE).
