Green Summit Development Group (GSDEVP) is a thriving property developer found in Miri, Sarawak back in 2009. GSDEVP’s business model is to integrate a good product mix with lookout for innovation and continuous improvement.
 

GSDEVP completed 13 development projects, including 8 residential and 5 commercial projects. To date, the company has generated an estimated accumulated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM870 million.
 

Apart from making present in its core business of property development, GSDEVP has also diversified into various industry sectors; that include setting up its own construction arm business unit, ready mixed concrete batching plant as well as food court; successfully transformed into a multiple conglomerate group of companies.
 

Over the years, GSDEVP expands its business blueprint to other regions of Sarawak beyond its hometown Miri, where in year 2017, GSDEVP have marked its footprint in Kuching by forming its Kuching Development and Construction business units thus introducing its first project in Matang.
GSDEVP has also made extra effort in contributing back to the community by being actively participated in numerous corporate social responsibility events involving different Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) to help those who are in needs and make this community a better world to stay.
