  • Upon completion of your unit, a Letter of Handing Over of Vacant Possession will be issue to you notifying you to take vacant possession.
  • You are given 14 days from the date of receipt of the letter to settle all outstanding bills before collecting the house keys from us.
  • You will take possession of your unit after having paid all monies payable under the Third Schedule of the Sale & Purchase Agreement and all other monies due.
Joint Inspection

This is used to jointly inspect and indicate the defects (if any) with our representative and all defects will be addressed on the first come first serve basis.

  1. Sales & Purchase Agreement (Stamping Copy)
  2. Letter Offer of Bank’s Loan
  3. Applicant’s IC
  4. First Page of Bank Saving Account Passbook
  5. Original EPF Statement.
  6. Marriage Certificate (For Joint Name Application)
